Who are we?

Steven Hattam is the head photographer at Life Studios with a wealth of professional portrait photography experience spanning over 10 years. His unique talent for creating timeless portraits that skilfully capture his clients’ personality, character and emotion mixed with a classical and contemporary style has produced some stunning photography and lasting memories for all his clients.

Steven’s specialties and skills lie with people photography, from capturing moments with families or groups of friends to babies and children or even the beloved pet. His skills combined with many years of experience enable him to capture families naturally, and above all, to give clients an essence of themselves within their portraits.

Steven holds the coveted licentiate qualification of the MPA (Master Photographers Association), which is the only UK-wide organisation for full-time, qualified and professional photographers.

Paul has been a wedding and portrait photographer for many years and throughout his career has earned a high reputation in the North East region. He holds the licentiate qualification of the MPA (Master Photographer Association).

Paul has also been a fine art photographer for over 25 years and has won many awards for his photography.
